30-Day Return Window
Not happy with your purchase? No worries. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at our contact page or email us with your order number and reason for the return.
- We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging (when possible).
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
- Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a full refund.
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or product? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange — subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. No need to ship anything back.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened health and beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
