30-Day Return Window

Not happy with your purchase? No worries. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at our contact page or email us with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging (when possible).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
  • Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or product? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange — subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. No need to ship anything back.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Opened health and beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
